We choose single origins for character, not just price — like our Colombia Huila, grown in the highlands and washed for a clean cup of red fruit, honey and citrus.

Every batch is small by design. Roasting in limited quantities lets us dial in each origin and ship it while it's still at its peak — never stale, never sitting around.
